The 4TS 2025 International Cardiology Conference Ambassador Program offers a unique opportunity for stakeholders from around the globe to promote the 11th Top to Toe Transcatheter Solutions Conference (4TS), which will take place from

15 – 16 February 2025 in Dubai, UAE.

As an official 4TS Ambassador, you will play a key role in amplifying the conference’s message, expanding its global reach, and driving engagement through your social media channels. Ambassadors will help raise awareness about the ground-breaking scientific and medical innovations featured at the conference, as well as the networking opportunities available for healthcare professionals and industry leaders.

Selection Criteria:

4TS Ambassadors will be selected based on the following criteria:

  1. Completion of the online application form.
  2. Active presence on at least one of the required social media platforms: Twitter/X, LinkedIn, or Instagram.
  3. Willingness to have their profiles vetted by the 4TS 2025
  4. Consent to having their image and profile shared on the 4TS 2025 website and through 4TS 2025 social media
Ambassador Requirements:

As part of the 4TS promotion strategy, Ambassadors will be active before, during, and after the event, as outlined below:

  • Pre-event: Ambassadors will promote 4TS 2025, sharing key details about registration, program highlights, and using their unique promotional codes.
  • During the event: Ambassadors will share real-time updates, including photos, quotes from speakers, and highlights of the conference’s panels and sessions, utilizing the official conference hashtags.
  • Post-event: Ambassadors will help share feedback surveys to gather attendee insights and assist in promoting the 4TS 2025 recap and highlights.

Ambassadors will receive comprehensive guidelines and support from the 4TS 2025 digital team to ensure key messages are aligned. Sample posts and graphics will be provided, but Ambassadors are encouraged to use their creativity in promoting the conference.

Application Process:

Interested individuals can apply through the 4TS 2025 Ambassador Program application form. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with a limit of two Ambassadors selected per country.
